    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Priscilla's Salisbury Sreak

    Yield: 4 Servings

    1 lb Ground beef
    21 1/2 oz (2 cans) cream of mushroom
    - soup
    2 tb Minced onion or dried onion
    - flakes
    1 lg Egg
    Bread crumbs
    Salt & pepper

    Mix ground beef, 1/4 can of ONE of the soups. egg,
    onion, bread crumbs (enough to hold mixture together
    but not too dry), salt and pepper.

    Form into patties (usually makes about 4). Place in
    ungreased non-stick skillet and brown ONLY on both
    sides over medium heat. Reduce heat and remove patties
    from skillet. Add remaining soup to the skillet
    and stir.

    Place patties over soup mixture, cover and simmer on
    low until patties are done (about 15 minutes), turning
    occasionally. Juices from the patties will mix with
    soup and make a delicious gravy.

    Serve with mashed potatoes on the side.
