Title: Amelia's Michelada Pops

3 ts Soy sauce
1 1/2 tb Maggi liquid seasoning
2 tb Worcestershire sauce
680 ml Tomato juice
2 ts Tabasco sauce; extra to
- serve
1 Lime; in wedges
1/2 c (41 g) salt flakes
8 (355 ml) bottles pale lager
To make the popsicles, combine soy, liquid seasoning,
Worcestershire sauce, tomato juice and Tabasco in a
large jug and divide among popsicle moulds. Cover mould
tops with foil. Using a small, sharp knife, cut a small
hole through the centre of foil and insert a popsicle
stick into each mould. Freeze overnight.
When ready to serve, rub rims of serving glasses with a
lime wedge. Place salt on a plate, dip glass rims into
salt and set aside.
Remove popsicles from moulds and place in serving
glasses (leave popsicles that aren’t being served
immediately in freezer). Divide lager among glasses and
serve immediately with remaining lime wedges and extra
Tabasco.
