Title: Elias' Fried Meat Balls

Yield: 3 Servings
1 kg Minced beef
2 sm Onions; grated
5 sm Rusks; soaked in water
10 Mint leaves; fine chopped
pn Oregano
3 tb Olive oil
3 tb Vinegar
Salt
Oil
Flour
Squeeze the soaked rusks to express the water and
crumble them into the mince. Knead thoroughly, together
will all the other ingredients added one by one.
When you’ve got a homogeneous mixture, leave to rest in
the fridge for at least one hour. Roll the meatballs,
dip in flour and fry in hot oil.
