Title: Oswald's Homemade Caesar Salad Dressing

2 cl Garlic; minced
1 ts Anchovy paste
2 tb Fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 ts Dijon mustard
1 ts Worcestershire sauce
1 c Mayonnaise
1/2 c Fresh grated Parmigiano
- Reggiano
1/4 ts (ea) salt & fresh ground
- pepper
In a medium bowl, whisk together the garlic, anchovy
paste, lemon juice, Dijon mustard and Worcestershire
sauce. Add the mayonnaise, Parmigiano-Reggiano, salt and
pepper and whisk until well combined. Taste and adjust
to your liking. The dressing will keep well in the
fridge for about a week.
