Title: Mango-Coconut Margaritas

1/4 c Chilli spice mix
9 Lime wedges
3/4 c Triple sec or other orange
- liqueur
3/4 c Coconut-flavor rum
1 1/2 c Tequila
3/4 c Lime juice
1/2 c Superfine or powdered sugar
3 c Fresh mango; peeled, seeded,
- sliced
Place chilli spice on a small plate. Rub rims of eight
glasses with one of the lime wedges. Dip rims of glasses
in chili powder to coat; set aside.
In a pitcher, combine triple sec, tequila, coconut-flavor
rum, lime juice, and sugar. Stir until sugar is
dissolved. Chill until ready to serve.
In a blender place 3 cups fresh peeled, seeded, and
sliced mangoes (or jarred refrigerated mangoes if mangoes
are out of season). Cover and blend until smooth.
Add mango to tequila mixture. Pour into glasses. If
desired, garnish with mango wedges.
