Title: Porridge Yam w/Titus Fish

Yield: 4 Servings
1 lg Yam
1 md Titus fish
1/4 c Oil
Salt
1 ts Pepper
2 ts Crayfish
1 Maggi cube
1/2 ts Curry
1 md Onion
Cut and wash yam.
Put in a pot add water but don't cover it.
Add oil, crayfish, onion, pepper, salt and curry.
Cover the pot. Let it boil very well for at least 30mins
then stir with a stirrer.
Allow to boil for another 5 mins to make sure the
porridge comes out well. Then is ready to serve.
Cut and wash fish. Boil with salt, Maggi, onion and
curry. Once it is done fry with oil.
