    Title: Spicy BBQ Style Gyros
    Categories: Pork, Bbq, Vegetables, Breads, Chilies
    Yield: 1 Serving

    1 lg Pork loin chop; fat on
    1 lg Flat bread or pita
    Sliced red onion
    Sliced tomato
    2 Lettuce leaves
    1 lg Sliced jalapeƱo
    Hot mustard
    Chilli sauce or chile
    - ketchup
    Tzatziki

    MMMMM--------------------------MARINADE-------------------------------
    White wine vinegar
    Olive oil
    pn (ea) cinnamon & nutmeg
    pn (ea) rosemary & cumin
    pn (ea) ground chile & chile
    - flakes
    1 ts Sweet paprika
    1/2 ts Hot paprika
    pn (ea) salt & pepper
    1 ts Oregano
    pn (ea) garlic powder & crushed
    - fennel seed
    pn Thyme

    MMMMM---------------------------EXTRAS--------------------------------
    Kebab sticks
    BBQ
    Side salad
    New potatoes; w/Nandos piri
    - piri chip seasoning

    Mix all of the herbs and spices together along with the
    olive oil and white wine vinegar, set aside.

    Bash out your pork so it's nice and thin then slice into
    strips, mix in the marinade from step 1 and leave for as
    long as possible. when ready thread onto your bbq skewers.

    Heat your BBQ up and place the skewers onto it, turn every
    few minutes so the fat gets nice and crispy on all sides.
    Depending on the heat of your BBQ they wont take long to
    cook.

    Warm your bread then spread the bread with tzatziki,
    mustard and mayo, top with the onion, lettuce and tomato
    followed by the meat Fold or roll up depending on the size
    of your bread, enjoy with a nice cold beer, salad and new
    potatoes.
