I have a point that's setup to use the FTP/Directory support.

Everything works, mail bundles are put into the point's directory. Tic files and the files.


The bug is if a tic area is setup for "Passthrough". The tic file get's put into the points ftp dir, but the file
it's self is left in the ticqueue directory.

This is normal with a passthrough .TIC area; the files are stored in the ticqueue directory until they've been sent to all links for the area. I will have to check the code to make sure that the file is copied into the downlink's FTP directory.

That point system is linked to a area that's not setup as passthrough, and both the file and the tic get placed into
the nodes ftp dir.
