SPAMCop is offline and every domain lookup up on its blacklist comes
back as positive. Synchronet uses bl.spamcop.net by default.
You'll want to disable SPAMCop on Synchronet server if you want to
receive SMTP mail.

Appears to be working okay right now:
$ host 34.196.95.71.bl.spamcop.net
Host 34.196.95.71.bl.spamcop.net not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)
$ host 68.113.128.78.bl.spamcop.net
68.113.128.78.bl.spamcop.net has address 127.0.0.2
