    When exporting sbbslist.json to syncterm.lst, support PETSCII correctlyServices with descriptions that begin with "PETSCII" or "COMMODORE"will have a their ScreenMode set to C64 and NoStatus=true. If thedescription also contains "80", then the ScreenMode will be set toC128-80col instead.

    Change the max BBS name length from 40 to 30.40 was causing a lot of cosmetic issues in sbbslist.js (for 80col terminals).This is a compromise (not reducing to the old limit of 25 chars at least). :-)
