I am having problems adding my board to the sbbbslist.json listing. I have it calling out for an update, but it will not add itself.

Any pointers?

Are you using the SBBS List Xternal door available on your BBS to add and edit your info? If so it once saved it will be exported via DOVEnet. The whole process from edit to seeing it show up in the SBBS List takes about a day.

There are several Timed Events that make all this work.

I did run the door, but all it does is allow me to see the list. I guess I haven't figured out how it runs yet.

My timed events are working correctly as well as getting DOVEnet.

I'll explore it some more.

Thank you! Returning to BBS since the mid 90's has been a remembering game I am not winning.... but at least my door games work!

The default interval between SBBSList exports is 7 days. So it may
take that long for it to go out. That interval can be edited in ../ctrl/modopts.ini

Humm. Ok. I thought a new entry would be exported right away but edits only get exported every few days or something....

In the door, hit F for Find, then try locating your own entry. I think it adds your BBS automatically, so it might already be in there. Then you can hit E to edit it.

If it's a new BBS entry created locally, it will export right away. Edits only export every 7 days (by default) because statistics are synchronized daily with your BBS entry, thus, its actually changing daily (and we don't want it exporting to SYNCDATA daily).

Thanks Bob! I think I got it.
Now on to find some docs on the Bullzeye Bulletins and how to edit them.
