Is there ever going to be a chance that from a bullseye bulletins that either JPOG's & GIF's will ever be able to be displayed?
Bullseye is for the terminal server, so the user's terminal (eg. SyncTERM) would need to be able to display GIFs and JPEGs. I don't think there's much if any support for this out there.

NASA photo's
SyncTERM and Synchronet do have support for Sixel graphics and xbimages though. Bullseye could probably be made to send these. You'd need to find appropriate image conversion utilities, and eg. NASA photos would probably lose a lot of their appeal once they've been scaled down and had their palettes reduced, but maybe not as bad as I'm imagining.
