After updating on May 14, 2021 from a previous 3.19a update on Apr 24, 2021, Transfer Menu 'E'xtended Info option shows 'unused 231' and does not present they typical menu. I confirmed that all of the executbles; *.js files and text.dat are up-to-date.

text.dat is not up-to-date.

Turned out pkill sbbs did not kill the process so the updates didn't take affect until after some man-handling. All good now and issue closed.
